Architectural Studio Director
 

JOB LOCATION
Bound Brook, NJ and unanticipated sites throughout the U.S.
 

DESCRIPTION
Drive the formulation and implementation of both local and global architectural services growth strategies, steering the organization towards success. Utilize asset valuation methodologies to guide decision-making and identify potential acquisition opportunities.  Efficiently oversee architectural project management, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high design standards, and lead a collaborative design team. Spearhead communication with clients, municipalities, and principals to achieve project objectives, collaborating with civil engineers for streamlined processes and enhanced project quality. Develop and update compelling proposals, aligning them with growth strategies, and refine marketing messages to effectively showcase the company's architectural and design services. Analyze P&L statements for expansion strategies, respond to RFQs, actively pursue new business opportunities, and coordinate web development to bolster the company's online presence.
 

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Architecture or Business Administration. No experience required.  Must have U.S. Architect license; or must have license from a global jurisdiction that requires one and pursue US licensure when eligible.
 

HOURS
9 AM to 5 PM, 40 hours/week
